| We no update Mario's.. not been doing well on his weight loss journey... |
And we here to share with your our secrets.
Today we start a new Work Out Wednesday program. This week we show you our Doga poses. We excellent at Doga... All doga poses can be completed by hoomans or canine fwiends.
Warning: Go at your own pace. Not everyone will be able to Tweedle right away, but you will get there.. eventually..
Pose 1: Downward facing Dog.
From your upside down dog pose (as demonstrated by Luigi, right) flip your Tweedle belly underneath you and enter into Downward facing dog (demonstrated by Mario, left).
Pose 2: Upward Child's pose
This is a comfort position as well as a good hind leg stretch. Flip your Tweedle belly in the air. Extend neck out and all arms in. Hold this position as you feel the stress of a long day napping release from your body.
Pose 3: Ab work, Signature move "The Tweedle"
Our signature move helps to get that nice figure 8 waist that the vets like to see. From your upside down Tweedle position reach side to side bringing nose to hind legs. Alternate right and left. Best to do in dirt bath hole.
Pose 4: Leg Extentsion Scratch
Now that you have worked out your abs, finish your work out with some leg work. From a seated position (see- sitting, no pooping. geesh bad camera work!)
Extend leg up towards waist and scratch. Get good workout of leg and knots out from "The Tweedle" See...
At the end of your work out, make sure you walk it out
Then take up Tweedle #2 pose until you feel properly recovered.
Remember not to push yourself too hard. May need to skip from Pose 1 directly to Tweedle #2 pose at the beginning. But soon, you too will be looking slim like Luigi.. and Mario a year ago..
